Shipping Information
At Slow Bru Beer, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched twice weekly on:
- Monday
- Thursday
Order Cut-Off Times
To be included in the next dispatch run, orders must be placed before 11:59 PM on the day prior to dispatch.
Examples:
- Orders placed before 11:59 PM on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
- Orders placed before 11:59 PM on Wednesday will be dispatched on Thursday.
- Orders placed after the cut-off will be shipped in the following dispatch run.
Delivery Times
We aim for all orders to arrive within 48 hours of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather conditions, or peak seasonal demand.
Delivery Area
We currently ship to mainland UK addresses only.
If you are unsure whether your address falls within our delivery area, please contact us before placing an order at thirsty@slowbru.beer.
Tracking and Dispatch Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Where available, tracking information will be provided so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Failed Deliveries
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the parcel where required. If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional charges may apply for redelivery.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs of any damage to assist with our investigation and resolution.
